La Baracchina is a loved institution where locals go in the evenings on hot summer nights. It's on the river bank promenade, across from the central bus piazza, good parking, near the main piazza. Frequently offering unusal flavors in addition to the classics.

Take the train to be car free, but if you might find that chair or mirror that you didn't know you needed, here's driving instructions to Porta S.Maria.


The most convenient international airports near Pescia are, by car or train,  Pisa(PSA, 45 minutes), Florence (FLR 45 minutes) or Bologna (BLQ, 2 hrs). 

Milan, Verona and Venice airports and train stations connect easily as well.
